Required Skills:

* Four or more years of development experience in any BI reporting tool (PowerBI preferred).

* Four or more years of development experience in any BI reporting tool (PowerBI preferred).
* 3+ years of strong database development using MSSQL up through SQL 2012.
* Experience with BI reporting (Business Objects, Microstrategy, etc.)
* Advanced level of writing stored procedures, reading query plans, tuning indexes and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks.
* 3+ years ETL experience, including SSIS or other BI toolset.
* SharePoint administration and site design / build.
* Strong Excel skills: Has good knowledge of formulas to support analysing large amounts of data, can use Excel tables, pivot tables and charts.
* Has excellent presentation skills and can create visually appealing summaries of information
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong User experience skills.
* Fast learner with strong analytical and problem solving ability, creativity and insight.
* Strong achievement focus and commitment to deliver results.
* Excellent communications skills with demonstrated clarity in spoken and written words
